Chef Michael Koretoff provided a wonderful dining experience for our special occasion. He was friendly and fun to chat with and was well-experienced at blending flavors to present an extraordinary eight-course tasting dinner. Most amazing was how he coordinated the courses so that they were exquisitely plated and served on time without delay. I would highly recommend Chef Michael.
