Michael Koretoff’s passion for food and flavor started at a young age, cooking in the kitchen with Mom. Since youth, he has excelled in his career attending Culinary School at the College of the Ozarks in Central Missouri learning under Executive Chef Robert Stricklin CEC, ACC. Since graduation, he has spent his career opening start up concepts in the Midwest, and served time as a Sous Chef for Raddison Hotels and Resorts.

Michael’s unique style is centered around elevated southern comfort foods. Classically trained, he can cater to any palate. His young energetic spirit and attention to detail make him perfect for any group gathering, or creating an intimate experience for his guests.
