Chef Michael is an American business owner and creator. His career began attending Culinary School at the College of the Ozarks in Central Missouri learning under Executive Chef Robert Stricklin CEC, ACC.
Since, he has spent his career opening start up concepts and leading teams in high end fine dining restaurants across the country. Experienced in high end hospitality, wine, and diet sensitive customizations.
After spending years traveling the country, I am striving to bring fresh takes to bold classics, and bring them to your table. From the bustling streets of Chelsea, to Downtown Albuquerque, to my hometown in the Ozark Mountains. I look forward to bringing those stories to your next event.
