Q: Can I make changes after I book?

If you’re not ready to finalize your menu selections when booking a chef, no worries. Simply select placeholder options and discuss your preferences further when you connect with your Santa Fe private chef. Just finalize your dishes at least 7 days before your event to ensure your chef has enough time to prepare.

Chef Robert prepared dinner for our son’s wedding at our home. It could not have been better from the food to the service to the cleanup. We would definitely use him again for another event and highly recommend that others do the same. He brought his friend Adam to help as bartender and served and Adam was wonderful and engaging. And made fantastic cocktails and never let my champagne flute get empty!!

Our girls night dinner with Chef Tharren was AMAZING!! He provided us with a delicious four course meal that was something you would find in a Michelin starred restaurant!! Chef Tim did a wonderful job for our ~50 person wedding!! The communication was top notch, his ability to be flexible was outstanding (because nothing ever goes as planned!), and the quality of food was outstanding. The beef Wellington was A1- the cut of meat, the preparation, the taste…wow. Same with the fish, the vegetables…even the ahi tuna nacho and Indian chicken meatball appetizers— an absolute cut above!
