Chef Katie Murdock

Katie, a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Scottsdale started her career at Elements restaurant in Paradise Valley AZ 16 years ago. She worked her way up through the ranks to becoming pastry chef and then Chef De Cuisine before moving to Aspen Colorado to take over the Executive Chef position at Bbs Kitchen. From Bbs she moved to the Low Country to help open Tavern &Table on Shem Creek. Katie has had the opportunity of battling on Iron Chef America, cooking at the James Beard House, and cooking at the Aspen Food and Wine Festival. Her global take on American standards is what sets her apart.
