Chef Mark made our group of six a delicious meal! The prep was quick, the food was delicious, and the kitchen was all cleaned up before he left. Highly, highly recommend!
Chef Mark hosted a special dinner for 12 college friends in Lake Lure. He and his deputy chef tabled a modified tour of Tuscany menu including Tuscan bean soup, salad, crab cake, filet and sautéed shrimp and crème brûlée.
The pace of the meal was just perfect and the presentation artistic and flavorful. Each course beat any fine dining equivalent I’ve had in Asheville charlotte or Charleston.
Well done Chef Mark. We will look to use you again in the future.
