Family Backyard BBQ
This is my favorite kind of menu….FAMILY STYLE! I don’t know about you but I always have a hard time just picking one item. This menu is meant to be served on large platters and passed around the table. It gives each guest an opportunity to try multiple dishes. I would recommend 2-3 apps, 1 salad, 1-2 entrees and a dessert. Dig in!
Chef Katie was very professional and made us a delicious meal. The short ribs were so tender, all the flavors were outstanding. She packed up our leftovers for us and left the rental house kitchen so clean! Thank you for a great evening.

Absolutely fabulous dinner
Katie prepared an absolutely fabulous BBQ dinner for our family. The food was delicious and more than plentiful. As we have children with particular tastes, Katie was very accommodating, allowing them to enjoy their meal too.
Katie is very personable and easy to work with. If you come to Charleston and want a Chef’s Dinner, Katie is the person to contact.
