Chef Jeffrey and his assistant were amazing. Food was perfect – every dish was delicious. Chef Jeffrey customized the menu to incorporate some of my wife’s favorite dishes and made sure the kitchen was spotless when they left. Great communication throughout the entire process!
Chef Jeffrey came to my home in Nashville to prepare a wonderful dinner for my wife’s birthday. He was very communicative and flexible leading up to the dinner, and a generally warm and fun person to have in our home. The food was *exceptional*…so much better than anything I could have made! What’s more, he completely cleaned up and put away our dishes as if he lived here—you never would’ve known he was here! I’d love the opportunity to have him again.

“Hello “My name is Chef Jeffrey and I am a classically trained Chef. I am from San Antonio Texas and I have lived many places throughout the United States. My father is a retired army officer and Vietnam veteran and we moved many times throughout his career. I graduated from the American Culinary Federation Apprenticeship Program in 1996. I spent 15 years at the Pinehurst Golf Resort and Country Club, AAA Four Diamond property and have worked several PGA golf championships, including the 1999 PGA US Open. I have worked in other renowned Golf and Ski Resorts around the country including the Balsams Grand Ski Resort in Dixville Notch New Hampshire, Barton Creek Golf Resort in Austin Texas and The Homestead Resort and Country Club in Hot Springs, West Virginia. From a very early age, learning how to cook from scratch with my mother, I have always had a passion for the culinary arts. After leaving the corporate world, I started my own catering business and since 2018 I have been a personal chef providing many services including menu consultation, grocery shopping, weekly meal prep, dinner parties, cooking classes and corporate retreats. I am excited about joining Food Fire + Knives and continuing my culinary journey. I am Servsafe Certified and I am fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
