We booked Chef Otto for a reunion of our college friends at our house in Charleston, we chose a five course meal from the Simply Southern menu, with she crab soup, beet burrata salad, crab cake, pork chops and the hugenout tort. Otto and his assistant arrived with everything they needed, and served us a delicious meal, everything was wonderful. In addition, Otto took the time to explain each course, and he entertained us with stories from his life and experiences.
I would not hesitate to recommend Chef Otto again, as well as the entire FoodFireKnives experience. It truly provided us with a night to remember!

Chef Otto and Dottie were absolutely wonderful! Chef Otto cooked a fabulous dinner for my sister’s bachelorette group. The dinner was delicious. It was very nice and easy communicating and coordinating with Chef Otto. Highly recommend!
