Growing up in the Midwest, warm weather(and even sometimes cold weather!), some of my favorite memories with my husband and 3 children were our weekend meals. My oldest son always was asking for steak and this meal was inspired for his birthdays.
As he got older, my son started dry aging his own beef and bringing it over for us to enjoy together. I love shopping at farmer’s markets and when potatoes and asparagus come into season, I can’t wait to cook this dinner and catch up on everything happening with our kids.
Desserts are a necessity in our house and the pistachio torte is a great way to cool off after a warm day in the kitchen. It’s always a hit in our household!

Before making your reservation, if we are unable to answer a question via our chat, we’ll forward it to the Chef and follow up with you when we receive their response.
