Born and raised in the South, I am a graduate of Johnson & Wales University, Charleston campus. Gregarious, outdoorsy, and fun-loving, I have thirty-three years’ experience as a professional chef. As a dedicated culinarian, life has been adventure and experience filled. A few highlights; dinner for Elizabeth Taylor, three days with The Eagles, feeding Elton John and Tom Petty are all great memories. Through experience, in addition to cooking, I have become skilled in baking, grilling, barbecue, as well as, flavorful vegetarian, vegan, special diets and cooking classes. Working as an instructor, private chef and catering are my favorites!
