Chef Robert was amazing! Best chicken parm I’ve ever had. Worth every single penny.
Robert prepared a fantastic meal at our rental property in Palmetto Bluff. Everything was delicious. Robert was a delight and took extremely good care of our 11 guests. It was nice to be able to gather and enjoy the company of friends “at home” while not having to lift a finger to prepare dinner. I highly recommend Robert, you won’t be disappointed.
Chef Robert Pierce was the highlight of my wife’s birthday on Jacksonville Beach. His food was EXCELLENT, and his warm demeanor and dedication to our satisfaction enhanced the overall dining experience. He served 16 people with great ease and provided us a surf and turf meal that consisted of filets and scallops as well as other outstanding items. We are so happy with our “in house” chef and look forward to having Chef Robert take care of us again some day. Thank you Robert and thank you Food Fire + Knives.
Hello, I am Chef Robert. My passion for food came from growing up in my mother’s kitchen where she taught me the delicate balance of flavors and the joy of cooking for others. after her retirement I went to travel abroad to expand my culinary knowledge working under Michelin Star Chefs such, as Iron Chef Morimoto, alongside French Laundry and Many others. For the past 15 or so years I have been Honing my craft in many resorts in the Southeast the latest being King & Prince Beach resort on St. Simons Island and before that The Westin Jekyll Island former home of Whiskey Wine and Wildlife (nominated the Largest growing event in Georgia). Now I want to bring my expertise and love of cooking to your table.
