I hosted a dinner for my co-workers, approximately 20 people and Chef Singh was amazing. Not only was his food and menu praised by everyone, he was easy to communicate with, responsive, polite and personable. I had such a great experience! I would highly recommend.

I can’t say enough positive things about Chef PJ. He came in to our home and treated our guests like family. Engaging and entertaining throughout the evening, and the food was delicious! Even with some excitement to accompany the experience, Chef PJ helped make a memory that will last a lifetime for my wife and I. Truly First Class!

Chef PJ is a master of entertainment! He has done this hibachi menu for several of my family functions as well as game nights among friends. The food is out of this world impressive and the hibachi show is just like being at a Japanese steakhouse with even more incredible food. His sushi is fresh and artistic. Highly recommend this menu for anyone wanting to have a fun night or impress guests! You won’t be disappointed!

Chef PJ was amazing. He cooked a father’s day meal for my husband and I and it was so delicious. He was very personable and professional. Not only did the food taste delicious but his plating was superb as well. We would recommend him to anyone we know looking for a private chef experience!!!!

Chef PJ has become one of the family! His fun gregarious personality just adds so much enjoyment to our evenings! He is so sociable, kind and eager to please. His food consistently “wows” and his creativity knows no bounds! On this particular night, Chef came up with a star wars themed menu for my 6 year olds birthday with only 2 days notice! The kids loved their fruit tie-fighters and character calzones! And no one ever leaves hungry after Chef PJ’s cuisine!

Chef did an amazing dinner party for 8. He took into consideration dietary restrictions, preferences etc. He was a complete joy to have and so much fun! He added personality to our party and wowed everyone with his presentation and flavors! Highly recommend Chef PJ for dinner parties, date nights or family nights! He’s amazing in every setting!

This was our first time using a private chef and had a positive experience. Paramjit is very friendly and professional! The Italian meal was great — everything was made from scratch and was fresh. I suggest you try his lemon ricotta cheesecake for sure. He offered to wear a mask if we preferred and I felt extremely comfortable with him in my home during the covid pandemic.

Chef PJ came and prepared a fabulous 4 course Mexican dinner for my fathers birthday. He made his own tortillas, chips and tortilla bowls from Scratch! He was even sweet enough to let my 5 year old son help him with the press! His guacamole was amazing and his accompanying chips were the best I’ve eaten. He was able to accommodate a low sodium diet for my dad and made chips without salt for him! The shrimp ceviche salad was a work of art—almost too pretty to eat!
