Hi there!
My name is Chef Natalie! I am a creative, self-made chef from the Bronx, NY. My passion for food is derived deeply from my joy of gathering people around the table, and creating dishes invoke delicious memories that can last a lifetime.
As a self-taught chef, my culinary background is a culmination home recipes and exploring local and foreign cuisines, mixed with a ton of late nights studying episodes of Food Network’s Chopt! Since a teen, I have had a knack for cooking and have used the kitchen as a place where my ideas can thrive and come to life.
After graduating from Syracuse University and receiving a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Food Studies, I turned my tiny Bronx kitchen into the hub for exploring and cultivating healthy, delicious meals. Since then I have successfully ran a meal prep & catering company, and created spaces where people can gather and enjoy delicious food.
Food is meant to celebrate. I love to create menus that fuse together unique takes on a variety of cuisines, plant-based alternatives, and good food that’s meant for gathering! My menu’s focus on small bites, with bold flavors. Pick and choose from delicious tapa-style bites to add variety and flavor to any event!
