Growing up in NY Chef Matt spent his summers learning Italian and German cuisine cooking with his Mother and grandmother, then spending years in Central Florida working at high end fine dinning restaurants. Chef Matt spent time studying and working with Chefs from all walks of life and all over the world. A growing passion for cuisines from Spanish, and all Latin flavors to classic techniques from many areas of Asia. Now residing in Charleston Chef Matt has loved learning low country cuisine and putting his own twist on it! Look forward to cooking for ya’ll soon!
