Welcome! I am a personal, professional chef in the Las Vegas area. Originally from SoCal, I graduated with a degree in Commis de Cuisine from San Diego Culinary Institute where I was trained in classical French cooking techniques. After culinary school, my career progressed quickly. I worked under two “Top Chef” contestants in fine dining settings, before going on to explore the catering side of the industry. Previous titles I’ve held include: banquet chef at the San Diego Zoo Safari Park, Executive Chef at Park Blvd Catering in San Diego, and Chef Director at a rehabilitation facility in San Diego. Prior to covid, I owned and operated my own catering company in San Diego, Rock Salt Custom Catering, where I focused on small, intimate and custom private chef dining experiences for my clients. In 2021, I relocated to Las Vegas where I now teach a Professional Cooking course at a local culinary school. My expertise in cuisines range greatly, and I’m always happy to work with my clients to provide the best, most memorable experience possible!
