Ken was great! He was punctual and professional. He brought Emily with him as well, she was so awesome and resourceful! We were in an Airbnb and they handled everything. Food & presentation were great! He also was so great with menu customization and accommodating for allergies and preferences. Would 100% book again. Thank you Ken & Emily!
This experience was all new to me but I wouldn’t hesitate a moment to sign up again! Chef Ken was amazingly helpful with the whole process start to finish, and exceptionally accommodating when it came to some dietary restrictions we had in our group. His food was the best food I had all weekend, the flavors he was able to get into his dishes were amazing!

Watching my grandmother and Aunts cook, I realized there was more to food than opening a can. Watching people eat and enjoying food as part of a gathering, made everyone around, family.
That led me to wanting to learn more.
I attended and graduated from Johnson $ Wales Culinary arts College in Providence RI
I have traveled the USA and abroad to discover what makes the food world tick. Having owned my own restaurants, I’ve also worked in New York City, Florida, Nantucket, Aspen and California. Seeking and using locally sourced, sustainable ingredients to provide the cleanest freshest flavors available.
For the last 15 years I have been a personal chef. Giving me a chance to personalize my experience in a much more intimate setting. Just like family.
