Jessica served a group of 9 women (3 vegetarians) a delicious Havana inspired dinner. We invited Jessica to our AirBNB and she arrived on time and got to work, instantly filling the house with amazing aromas. She let us chose plated or family style, presented the meal on time to the group and cleaned up! Jessica was extremely responsive leading up to the dinner, friendly and kind, and gave some great recommendations for the Sedona area. I would recommend Jessica to everyone!

Chef Jessica was super accommodating, creative, and suggested a delicious vegetarian friendly meal for our bride and her bachelorette crew. She explained the dishes and ingredients to us and made sure we all had a fabulous dinner in. We highly recommend her!
Jessica has been cooking professionally since 2003, but has always had a passion for food and the joy it brings to her family and friends. She has worked in small kitchen environments to large onsite catering events. With experience ranging from managing the catering kitchen and staff to the front of house management, Lead Event Chef, Corporate Trainer and Sous Chef.
Jessica and her family crave the cooking process and creating new dishes. The family gets together for almost any reason just to cook.
She has traveled and explored France, England, Italy, Mexico, Canada and Jamaica. Within the US, Jessica has lived and worked in San Diego, South Carolina and Arizona. She was born and raised in Scottsdale, AZ.
Jessica’s favorite culinary experiences have been dining at a local restaurant in Champagne, France, and Bazaar Meats by Jose Andres.
Her style and techniques can be summed up as comfort food, classic with a twist, and curious.
