Jasmine’s communication was concise and timely; she took care to understand our preferences. Where do I begin with the food? It was outstanding! The lobster bisque was my favorite and the chicken on the salad was the best I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!!

Hello and thank you for your interest in my profile. My name is Chef Jasmine and I’ve been in the food industry for over 15 years. During that time frame, I have broadened my knowledge, experience and enhanced my skillset working under amazing Chefs in well-established restaurants such as The Bazaar by Jose Andres, QANTAS Airlines, The Peninsula Hotel, and Del Frisco’s Grille.
I’m also well experienced with cooking for the little ones from working at a Private Preschool with over 125 consistently hungry children and my current role at Children’s Hospital. Oh, and did I mention I’m a mother of 1 very picky eater!
Born and raised in Los Angeles, my style of cooking is best described as multicultural with a healthy addition of fresh vegetables, herbs and spices. With a Southern mother and Jamaican spouse, I’m also well-seasoned (no pun intended) in bold flavors and mouthwatering comfort foods!
In 2012, my doctor diagnosed me as gluten intolerant. Seeming like a curse back then, I know now that it was a blessing in disguise! All of my menus can be converted to completely gluten-free. With my personal experience, you won’t be able to tell the difference!
I’ve been living in Dallas, Texas since 2018. My goal is to bring full-bodied flavors to as many robust Texas foodies as possible!
