We live in New York City which offers many options for a high end dining experience and excellent
food choices. When we travel to other states, the quality of food is often not up to par with what we are usually used to, even at highly reputable places. We were pleasantly surprised with Chef John DiLeo’s Local Flavors dinner. It exceeded our expectations in all aspects: the food, table setting, dish presentation and wine pairing were top notch. However, rather than feeling uptight as you would in a restaurant, it felt much more relaxed and casual because of the homely environment we shared with our friends. I would highly recommend it to anybody- it’s truly an experience to remember.
LOVE the use of local flavors and the plating was AMAZING!!!! I am still dreaming of the oysters and the BBQ short ribs!!!
