We just finished an amazing week with chef Amber! She came to our vacation rental to cook dinner nightly for our family (4 adults and 3 kids). Her menus were innovative and the dishes were all delicious! She was so accommodating to special requests and so much fun to engage with! She even brought special fruits and other goodies to entice our youngest children to eat! She even went as far as to give a baking and science lesson to two of our boys! She was a welcomed addition to our family for the week and we were sad to say goodbye. We can’t wait to have her cook for us again! Highly recommend booking chef amber for all your dining needs! She excels at fine dining, family dining and even brunch! And her desserts are so light that there is always room for them even after a large meal! We will definitely be booking her again as soon as we are back in the area!

Fine French with Chef Amber Cate
Chef Amber Cate was amazing! We had a party of 17 in Asheville for Fine French (Stuffed Mushrooms, Nicoise Salad, Steak/Frites, Asparagus, and Creme Brulee). All the food was fantastic. Steak was cooked just right and Amber was exceptional. We had never done anything like this before, but after our night with Amber, we’ll not only do it again, but would highly recommend her and FF&K to anyone interested in great food and a hands-off event! Well done and thanks for a wonderful night!
