Katie, a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Scottsdale started her career at Elements restaurant in Paradise Valley AZ 18 years ago. She worked her way up through the ranks to becoming pastry chef and then Chef De Cuisine before moving to Aspen Colorado to take over the Executive Chef position at Bbs Kitchen. From Bbs she moved to the Low Country to help open Tavern & Table on Shem Creek. Katie has had the opportunity of battling on Iron Chef American , cooking at the James Beard House, and cooking at the Aspen Food and Wine Festival. Her global take on American standards is what sets her apart!

Katie’s cooking was amazing and the portions were very generous. Make sure you save room for the main course!

Absolutely fabulous dinner

Katie prepared an absolutely fabulous BBQ dinner for our family. The food was delicious and more than plentiful. As we have children with particular tastes, Katie was very accommodating, allowing them to enjoy their meal too.
Katie is very personable and easy to work with. If you come to Charleston and want a Chef’s Dinner, Katie is the person to contact.
