Katie, a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Scottsdale started her career at Elements restaurant in Paradise Valley AZ 16 years ago. She worked her way up through the ranks to becoming pastry chef and then Chef De Cuisine before moving to Aspen Colorado to take over the Executive Chef position at Bbs Kitchen. From Bbs she moved to the Low Country to help open Tavern & Table on Shem Creek. Katie has had the opportunity of battling on Iron Chef American , cooking at the James Beard House, and cooking at the Aspen Food and Wine Festival. Her global take on American standards is what sets her apart!

Bachelorette Weekend

Chef Katie was amazing! She walked in on our crazy group and settled right into the kitchen. In no time at all we had amazing food presented. She cleaned and put away every dish. No one in our group had to lift a finger and everyone one agreed it was the best meal we’d ever had. Especially since we were able to enjoy the meal in our pj’s.
I would definitely hire Chef Katie again!

Unbelievable dining experience with Katie

Katie prepared a meal for 8 at my house for my birthday and it was spectacular. She did a 4 course menu, customized for the season and my tastes, with multiple choices for each guest. Everything was piping hot and delicious. She even washed all the china and flatware! This is my new favorite thing, and I will most definitely hire Katie again.
