Katie, a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Scottsdale started her career at Elements restaurant in Paradise Valley AZ 18 years ago. She worked her way up through the ranks to becoming pastry chef and then Chef De Cuisine before moving to Aspen Colorado to take over the Executive Chef position at Bbs Kitchen. From Bbs she moved to the Low Country to help open Tavern & Table on Shem Creek. Katie has had the opportunity of battling on Iron Chef American , cooking at the James Beard House, and cooking at the Aspen Food and Wine Festival. Her global take on American standards is what sets her apart!

Birthday Celebrations

Awesome experience!! First time having someone come in and provide dinner for us. Chef Katie was fantastic. She was friendly, prepared, organized beyond and was able to serve 20 hot wonderful plates to our group. I will never forget that night and Chef Katie. Thank you again for a wonderful experience.

30th Anniversary Dinner for 2 couples

Katie did an excellent job before, during and after dinner. She kept me updated very well. Food was 5 star. She was quite personable as well. Would definitely use her service’s again.
