Katie, a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Scottsdale started her career at Elements restaurant in Paradise Valley AZ 16 years ago. She worked her way up through the ranks to becoming pastry chef and then Chef De Cuisine before moving to Aspen Colorado to take over the Executive Chef position at Bbs Kitchen. From Bbs she moved to the Low Country to help open Tavern &Table on Shem Creek. Katie has had the opportunity of battling on Iron Chef American , cooking at the James Beard House, and cooking at the Aspen Food and Wine Festival. Her global take on American standards is what sets her apart!

We will do this again

Katie did a fantastic job cooking for our weekend crew in Kiawah. Everything was beautifully prepared and the presentation was awesome. She really did a nice job of helping us select a menu and accommodating our gluten free friend. This was the highlight of our visit and we will definitely use her again.

Bachelorette Party!

We had such a great time with Katie!! She was very professional and friendly and her food was amazing!!! We surprised our bride with this event (who is a major foodie!) and she said she couldn’t have had a better time. This was such a fun time and I would recommend it for any special event! Thank you again for such a memorable experience!
