Katie, a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Scottsdale started her career at Elements restaurant in Paradise Valley AZ 18 years ago. She worked her way up through the ranks to becoming pastry chef and then Chef De Cuisine before moving to Aspen Colorado to take over the Executive Chef position at Bbs Kitchen. From Bbs she moved to the Low Country to help open Tavern & Table on Shem Creek. Katie has had the opportunity of battling on Iron Chef American , cooking at the James Beard House, and cooking at the Aspen Food and Wine Festival. Her global take on American standards is what sets her apart!

Amazing food and huge portions

Katie was great! We had a dinner for my sister’s bachelorette in an AirBNB which let’s say, didn’t have the BEST or BIGGEST kitchen. She made it work and was so responsive and flexible. The girls had nothing but amazing things to say about the food and the bride was so impressed. We wish we did it earlier in the trip so we could eat all the leftovers! The apps alone were so tasty and big portions. I would definitely recommend her for your next party.

We booked Katie Murdock for a large ladies seafood night. The food was incredible! Katie and her assistant were efficient and very attentive in making the whole meal and night amazing. The evening ended with a completely clean kitchen and beyond full bellies!
