Brandy is a Chef with a life long love of food and family. She began her training with her local high school vocational program under Edward Mulligan. Catering events for then Govonor Gene Shaheen. As well as running the school cafe, catering for the local pre-school, while being scouted by many culinary universities. Soon after this enriching experience, Brandy found herself sidetracked by making gourmet meals for her loved ones. While building up her priceless skills, she jumped back into the industry in 2020 during the pandemic. During this time, she delivered her home-cooked meals throughout the community via her business Morsel. Through curated menus, she was able to meet a variety of dietary needs. Brandy then took her passions with her to the restaurant scene once again, where she helped open The Pineapple Cafe at the York Beach Surf Club. While she valued her time in the restaurant industry, her work has now evolved into a personalized dinning experience. Brandy specializes in a considerable variety of cuisines, and loves to indulge in fresh hand-made pasta dishes. Although Brandy is known for many of her culinary talents, her $1.4 million dollar tacos definitely take the cake!
