Bachelorette Party: Top 5 reasons for a Private Chef

Hiring a private chef is all the rage now for a fun, unique and stress-free bachelorette party. The facts are clear, renting a house through Airbnb, VRBO or a vacation rental agency are deemed the “most wild.” Just take a look at this infographic by Travel Pulse. Food Fire + Knives chef services are unique in a few different ways. Below we’ll go over our top 5 reasons why Bachelorette parties love us.

1. Bachelorette Cooking Classes

Every bride to be wants some insider secrets on cooking for their new partner. These range from simple techniques and hacks to more complex dishes. Sometimes our bachelorettes want to know how to perfect their partners favorite meal. Our cooking classes are demo style, making them fun, interactive and more laid back. Ask the Chef questions, taste as you go, or record some of the nights recipes for later. And since they are demo style, don’t worry about drinking a little too much as you won’t be wielding a sharp knife.

2. Affordability For Any Size Party or Budget

The biggest expense that a bachelorette party incurs is the huge markup in alcohol from restaurants and bars. Since we do not include alcohol in our services, feel free to buy all the wine, champagne and hard seltzers at retail prices. And speaking of prices, did I mention our pricing is similar to any nicer restaurant in town? If you’ll be hitting the town after dinner, just be sure to call an Uber or Lyft.

3. Customize Your Parties Menu

With our vast selection of chefs and an average of six menus each, it’s easy to find that specific cuisine or favorite dish your bachelorette has been craving. All of our menus are a la carte so feel free to order as much or as little food as you deem necessary. Some advice we give to bachelorettes is order for the length of time you’d like the dinner or night in. If you decide to hit the town after then 2-3 courses should suffice, however if you’ll be settling in for the night, you may choose to order 4-5 courses.

4. Making it Stress Free for the Bachelorette

The two most popular times for our private chefs to cook for bachelorette parties are the night of your arrival and the night of departure. Since most of your guests are usually arriving at different times and from different places, sometimes dinner can be a big question mark. This will certainly lead to stress when making a dinner reservation. Our chefs are always flexible to any of your parties changes, including timing. Our Private Chefs do not charge per hour so they’re yours for the whole night! Also we understand the last night blues of packing and cleaning up your rental. Why not have a chef come cook AND clean the kitchen? Enjoy your last night together, reminisce about your time, and don’t worry about dinner.

5. A Night in to Remember

Sometimes a night in can be much more fun than your night on the town. Our bachelorettes always love playing (drinking) games, telling stories about how they met, or learning some tips and tricks about cooking. As we contact our bachelorettes after their parties to thank them, most of them agree and always say the night in with the private chef was certainly the highlight of the party.

So these are just our reasons for a personal chef and making your bachelorette party successful. Got more? Let us know in the comments.
