These menus are inspired by my love of seafood and having worked and lived on the east coast for 15 years. The 1st thing I do when I get to a coast is eat a lot of seafood. That being said; All of the seafood I source is 2 days, sometimes 1 day off the docks. All of my seafood is sourced from the best purveyors in Columbus, Boston and Miami. This menu needs to be reserved 7 days in advance please. There are up charges for Diver scallops, Maine Jonah crab claws. Please inquire about particular prices for these items. I source my seafood in Columbus from Ian Holmes at Coastal Seafood in the North Market Downtown and the new North Market in Dublin. Ian does an amazing job of sourcing the best seafood available for a land locked state. He gets like 3 trucks a week straight from Boston and his product is the best in Columbus hands down. I highly recommend visiting his stores if you love great fresh seafood!
