Chef Harvey was phenomenal in every aspect of our private event!
I booked him for a dinner party for 20 guests. He helped me create the perfect menu. He stayed in communication with me while shopping for the best ingredients. He was organized and prompt with all prep work associated with my dinner.
As for the food…WOW! Every course of the meal was absolutely delicious. Chef Harvey clearly understands flavor and how to perfectly pair dishes. The quality of the food was excellent. All of my guests were impressed.
His plating skills were beautiful. His timing was impeccable. We were served at exactly the arranged time. I could not find a flaw which is impressive considering he did this event all by himself.
At the end of our meal, the kitchen was spotless! All dishes were cleaned, floors swept, countertops pristine, and garbage removed. It was truly an amazing experience.
Not only is Chef Harvey very knowledgeable and experienced in fine dining, but he is a true professional from start to finish. I would not hesitate to book him again and highly recommend him for your next event!
