Vol. 1 contains a selection of Beef, Chicken & Fish dishes, but should you or members of your party want something more Vegetarian or Vegan, please let me know and I will be happy to accommodate.

We had a fantastic night with Chef Graham. From the day I booked this reservation, to the day of the meal – he was very helpful with providing information I needed and answering any questions I had. The night of our reservation, Chef Graham was on time and brought everything he needed for the night. The meal was AMAZING. I mean, truly amazing. One person in our party had a food allergy and Chef Graham was able to accommodate it and ensure there were no issues, while also providing a great meal to the person with the allergy. I will recommend this company, and Chef Graham specifically, to any one I know that travels to the Asheville, NC area.
I had a small intimate wedding with Chef Graham’s unforgettable, delicious culinary arts!
We were a rowdy group in our Scottish finery with sea shanty songs! Chef Graham introduced each course ( this was a huge hit – “oh my god the handsome chef who introduced everything was icing on the cake)
We fought over the remaining sherbet. I ate the left over soup after fighting everyone for it.
Joe took a huge peace of Wellington up to bed, his wife got jealous with the love he showed this Wellington!
I wanted a celebration of love, laughter with food to nourish our bodies and souls ♥️♥️

From the first call after booking to the end of kitchen clean up, this was an amazing experience. It was my wife’s birthday and she wanted Beef Wellington and Sticky Toffee Pudding. Chef Graham did not only deliver and amazing offering, he knocked it out of the park! He was such a pleasure to talk with, but he explained every answer to the questions my family asked. This was a great experience that we will do again!
