Decadent and delightful, all food is made with organic ingredients and prepared with fine care. We do not use any boxed or tinned food. Each meal reminds me of a tenet of African American culture. Friday Night Fish Frys, Saturday Cookouts, and Sunday Dinners are foundational to African American culture. My mother was the church chef, and I always enjoyed fellowship post-service. The plates were simple, but the sustenance was grand. The opportunity to serve my fellow parishioners has been a major influence in my desire to be a personal chef.

Your Chef will contact you within 48 hours after reserving your event to discuss your reservation details including any allergies or dietary preferences. Before making your reservation, if we are unable to answer a question via our chat, we’ll forward it to the Chef and follow up with you when we receive their response.
