Celebration Of Fresh Seafood Dishes From The Mediterranean Coastal Areas. Please note that I buy the freshest fish possible from local vendors. If my local vendors are unable to accommodate my fish requests at these prices, I may substitute a similar fresh fish or charge market price. Veal, Filet or Seafood may have an upcharge due to market price fluctuations. Chef will review to recommend lower cut of meat or upcharge cost of the meat chosen if needed
Chef Paulo is an outstanding chef. He is pleasant, caring, accommodating and most importantly, his meals are fantastic. He is a good communicator and easy to reach. He listens carefully to your likes and dislikes so he can satisfy your tastes. He adapts the meal to fit your dietary requests. He likes to arrive early to survey your kitchen and make sure he stays on your desired schedule. He has cooked for us 4 times now and each meal has been amazing. After the meal, he does all the dishes and cleans up before he departs. He takes all of the work out of the meal preparation and allows us to enjoy the evening.
I highly recommend Chef Paulo. We are planning another trip next year down to his area and we will definitely hire him again.
The people at Food Fire and Knives are also outstanding. Wherever we travel, they find a chef to service us and our family. We are very grateful to them. They found Chef Paulo for us on this trip.
