Thanks to Chef Val Domingo we were able to celebrate my mother’s 94th birthday. I had 2 guest at the table that didn’t eat fish. Chef Val was able to substitute the fish for a steak for these guest. The food was amazing, with wonderful twists on the preparation. We had a couple of appetizers before dinner and they were a giant hit. When Chen Val left at the end of the evening. You would have never know a party of 10 was cooked in my kitchen. Dishes done, kitchen spotless. This is why my husband and I love Food, Fire and Knives. You can have a fabulous dinner party and actually spend time with your guests.
Chef Val prepared a fabulous meal for my family when we visited Folly Beach in October. Everything was perfectly prepared and presented. Our food was fresh and delicious. It was an outstanding meal. We also dined at a famous Charleston eatery and our group chose Chef Val’s meal as the best of our trip. Thanks for a great evening! Laurie Looft
