Good German food can be hard to find, even in cities with a huge international food scene. Well how about a home-cooked meal featuring traditional dishes? Easier said than done if you’re not familiar with the cuisine.
Enter me, Chef Laura. With a German background and a German last name (translation “hedge”) I have been eating and making German food my whole life. This menu celebrates my favorites, from apple strudel to schnitzel, and bratwurst to spaetzle. So, celebrate Oktoberfest Anytime! After all, who doesn’t like a meal that sticks to your ribs and feels like a warm hug?
