Joel catered both my rehearsal dinner and my wedding. The filet mignon and risotto bites were to die for! The steak literally melted in my mouth. The crab wontons are so delicious I could eat them every day. For the wedding we did a taco bar and it was incredible! I got compliments from so many people! And as amazing as the food was, Joel was incredibly professional! Hands down the best person to trust for a wedding!

Joel was our absolute best choice for caterer. Since the tasting date, we knew his food was delicious and that he had a strong sense of commitment for his job. The day of the wedding, he and his crew arrived on time and executed everything to perfection. He even accommodated me by having the buffet table a bit far from the kitchen because it matched my ideal layout. The food was served on time, and so many of the guests were raving about the quality of the food. Joel and his crew have a “can do attitude” that shows their professionalism and problem-solving skills (as many things that are unexpected happen the day of the wedding). Thank you, Joel, would definitely recommend and hire again.
