A menu inspired by the salt air wafting through Charleston and the grains and vegetables raised in our fields. Please note that I buy the freshest fish possible from local vendors. If my local vendors are unable to accommodate my fish requests, I may substitute a similar fresh fish.

Food was amazing, 4 course meal was delicious, authentic, the experience was unmatched with brief history and culinary explanations as the meal. There was no set up or clean up on our part, Chef Ed took care of everything. Would give our highest recommendation!
