A delicious low country boil with fine dining attention to detail
I cannot recommend Chef Brook highly enough. I was blown away by his skill level and attention to detail. I engaged him for a low country boil dinner for our family gathering of 26. The food was local, fresh, perfectly prepared and absolutely delicious. His approach to the meal was extremely professional and detail-oriented. It was obvious immediately that Chef Brook will only give you 110% and nothing less. He was also kind enough to spend a lot of time talking with me about his experiences as a chef. His assistant was extremely knowledgeable and wonderful to talk with as well. Chef Brook will be coming back to do a more formal dinner for us tomorrow and I already know that it will be better than going to the best restaurant anywhere near here. He is without a doubt the highest level, most professional chef I have ever met and my only regret is that I don’t live closer to him to be able to engage his services more often!
