You don’t have to be on the Mediterranean Diet to enjoy Greek food. It’s full of flavor, fun to eat and it’s best when eaten with friends and family. From flaming cheese to pita bread, Greek salad and steak gyros there is something for everyone on this menu.
Soon after Chef Laura arrived wonderful aromas were wafting from the kitchen as she prepared a Greek-themed dinner for our family gathering. The delicious courses began with flaming saganaki, a huge hit with the entire family. Next came lamb wrapped in grape leaves, rice, pitas, tomato salads, fantastic tzatziki sauce. Desserts of baklava and apple cobbler topped off the evening. Chef Laura arrived on time, explained each dish, was very courteous and left the kitchen cleaned and dishes washed. I highly recommend using her talented services to those planning a special event. I give her performance 5 Stars.
