The only rival, in my humble opinion, to Southern Cuisine, is Italian food. Maybe it is because southerners and Italians think about food in very similar ways. Ingredients should be fresh, prepared with love and loudly celebrated with friends and family around the dinner table. I hope you enjoy this selection of Italian dishes.
Chef Ed was a delight! The food was delicious and we enjoyed his company while he was preparing and serving our meal. Our young granddaughters were big fans too. He even left us with extra lasagna! Thank you for a memorable last evening in Isle of Palms.
Ed cooked for our group of 11 adults. Every dish was better than the last, from the (low carb) riff on panzanella salad, to the artichokes to the main dish (a fantastic bolognese!), not to mention the tiramisu-inspired panna cotta. Truly an inventive chef, and a real joy to chat with. I highly recommend Ed!
