My take on hearty classic southern dishes.
We really enjoyed our experience with Food Fire + Knives. Chef Ed prepared a wonderful meal that matched perfectly with our Pinot Noir wine tasting. He made some fans of lima beans that did not like them before – including me. He pulled all this off with just a few days notice since we had a mix-up with our reservation. Both he and Michael were a pleasure to work with. We would definitely use them again.
