This menu’s mission is to bring the traditions of Italy to your kitchen table. Handmade pastas, pesto sauce carefully formulated in a mortar and pestle, and veal cutlets cooked in a light olive oil, as intended. A rustic take on Italian fare. Nonna approved!
I had the joyful pleasure to enjoy the BEST breakfast pizza and fabulous pasta dinner all within the same day. Chef Angela Cortese’s food is the most extraordinary balance of electrifying flavor and texture, and prepared with exquisite mastery, attention to detail, skill, and love. She is the best chef and finer human, and anyone that has the pleasure of sharing a meal, or following one of her recipes should consider themselves truly lucky!
