As the oppressive heat of Summer finally fades, and cool breezes give subtle hints to whatever secrets winter may hold, Autumn arrives with flavors of tart fruit, toasted spices, and rich slow-roasted delicacies.
My family stayed on Tybee Island Labor Day weekend and used Chef Brandon to cater a birthday dinner. He brought everything to us, set it all up in our kitchen and was extremely professional. Dinner was amazing and the birthday cake was even better!
