We were in town to meet up with some cherished friends we have missed this past year and to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Chef Ed provided the absolute best birthday experience ever. The food was amazing (especially the quail with chorizo and the lamb chops), and Ed was just a delight. He took care of every detail in preparation and serving and cleaned up every crumb when he was finished. He was professional, efficient and personable. I hope we get the opportunity to have Chef Ed cook for us again. Did I mention the food was amazing?! Seriously….
Chef Ed was excellent and the food was amazing. He brought along Chef Drew who made shirley temple’s for the kids that got equally rave reviews. Highly recommend the steak as well as the crab soup
