Chef Michael dazzled us with an incredible meal that everyone LOVED! On the service side of things, he went out of his way to accommodate our needs and was so graciously flexible when our timing for the start of dinner got pushed almost 2 full hours…a chef’s worst nightmare. Somehow, in great spirits, he still managed to pull off an epic meal like we were right on time. The charcuterie plate was a piece of artwork and everything on it tasted incredible. Multiple people claimed that one of the cheeses was the best cheese they’d ever tasted! Everyone loved everything about their meal, from the salads (soooooo delicious) to the main course, followed up by the scrumptious dessert. I’m officially convinced that anything Chef Michael prepares will taste delicious. Presentation, food quality, flavors, flexibility, personality, and demeanor, were all on point. You will not be disappointed if you book this wonderful chef!
