Buon Cibo, simply translates to “Good Food.” As you may or may not know, this menu is devoted to honoring the beautiful country of Italy. I received the majority of my Italian training when I lived in Providence, RI, under a Chef whose family restaurant spanned close to 40 years. I’m unsure if the the restaurant is still there, but the knowledge I gained has lasted over time. All pasta presented on this menu are made from scratch. This meal will be served with basket of rosemary focaccia. Buon Appetito (“Enjoy your meal”)!!
Chef Val was wonderful! We hired him for 2 nights. In addition to the menu Buon Cibo, we also picked the menu Salute to the South. The food that he prepared, both nights, for our party of 5, was outstanding. It was so nice, after running around all day and spending the day at the beach the next night, to have a meal prepared for us while enjoying some wine at our rental property. Chef Val was on time, courteous and a great chef! I highly recommend him!
The food, service, and presentation was amazing! This made my Dad’s birthday so special and we are so thankful. We haven’t stopped talking about how amazing the food was and wish we had more!!
