Our first experience with Chef Jeff was fantastic. He cooked for us for two nights of holiday meals (Jewish holidays). One night he made the most incredible appetizer dishes, including lamb sliders and goat cheese, honey, and pomegranate crostini. Suffice it to say, both platters were completely empty. The following night he made a full several course meal, traditional in nature, but also modern and completely delicious. I don’t love matzoh balls, but these were not only edible but delicious. Even my fussy children ate them. The roasted vegetables were so tasty, the chicken was moist and perfectly done, and the dessert was fabulous. We can’t wait for another event so Chef Jeff can cook for us again.
