In August 2021 I was honored to be named the Food Fire + Knives Chef of the Year. It inspired me to put together this menu of some of my most popular dishes and a few new ones I am excited to share with you. Also, please check out my new Chef of the Year 2022 menu for more Chef Ed specialties.
We had an intimate wedding ceremony and thought a chef would be the smoothest way to go. We made the right choice with Chef Ed! The steak and seafood were delicious, and the fried green tomatoes were AMAZING. It was just the right vibe for our warm family celebration. Chef Ed was professional and friendly with our guests, and timely with communication ahead of time. We couldn’t have asked for an easier or tastier wedding meal!
From start to finish what a special treat to have Chef Ed prepare such a wonderful experience for our family. We traveled to Kiawah Island for a family vacation and to celebrate my 40th Birthday. Instead of going out to a fancy dinner we decided to try something different and have a private Chef experience. The process was easy and Chef Ed reached out right away to go over the menu and help answer any questions ect. He was flexible and very accommodating for our group. This was not just a meal this was an experience. Everything was delicious, beautiful and larger portions then we thought. I would highly recommend Chef Ed; treat you and your family/friends to a wonderful dining experience!
We had an amazing dinner experience with Ed! The food was delicious and the presentation was beautiful. Ed made individual adjustments to our menu based on some of our guests dietary restrictions. He also moved the courses of the meal along at our pace. We never felt rushed. The portions were also very generous and Ed packed them up so we were able to enjoy them again later. The kitchen and the dishes were all spotless thanks to Ed and Kyle taking care of everything. Highly recommend and will definitely be booking again on our next vacation.
