We used Chef Tim for a small group birthday celebration and he made it unforgettable. The crab cakes and tomato galette were delicious but the star of the show was the beef Wellington. It was cooked perfectly and we all enjoyed it. The portions were very generous and the marjolaine dessert was an incredible end to the meal!

Chef Tim called me a few days in advance to discuss the menu – we selected his Thai dinner, which turns out is one of his specialties – and he was extremely attentive to her needs and preferences as we discussed the dishes. When he arrived that evening to cook, he was kind and professional… and the food was DELICIOUS. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully plated… and he left them with plenty of leftovers to eat for the next few days. We hired Chef Tim for our intimate wedding dinner of 15 adults 8 kids. We loved it! We were impressed by Chef Tims cool, calm demeanor while taking on such an ambitious meal for such a large group all by himself. We ordered the prawn and crab bisque, crab cakes, Mac and cheese, and lobster Colorado peak. All were phenomenal! We had multiple allergies in the group, and Chef Tim was able to make everything nut free and gluten free. He also cooked each steak to order. Thank you Chef Tim!!

Chef Tim provided an excellent experience from start to finish! When I first booked, he called to verify all my selections and made sure to ask if my group had any special requests or dietary restrictions. He was very professional and responsive if we needed anything.

When he arrived at our Airbnb, he didn’t allow us to help carry anything in, he made sure we relaxed and enjoyed our time while he served us an exquisite meal.

We booked a private chef for our 20th anniversary celebration during our cabin getaway in Gatlinburg. We wanted something romantic and memorable, and didn’t really know what to expect. Chef Tim showed up and from the moment we answered the door, it was so comfortable, like letting in a friend. We talked while he was prepping. He shared what he was doing while effortlessly managing and prepping the 5 courses we were set to enjoy throughout the evening. He showed us some of his knife skills and tips and tricks for our everyday cooking. He happily shared some recipe information. Just to list our menu, we had Lobster Colorado as the main dish, with his seafood bliss soup, Caesar salad with chicken and shrimp, spinach artichoke dip, and a chocolate/strawberry lasagna. I won’t go into each dish in detail, but will say that when we were served the Lobster Colorado it was mind numbingly delicious. You cannot imagine the flavor Chef Tim was able to impart on this dish. It is beyond words and something you will never experience in any fine dining restaurant. Chef Tim is going on to great things in his future. Whatever path he chooses in life, you can bet there will be many happy diners in that path. His Caesar dressing was out of this world!! Thank you again Chef Tim for a phenomenal experience!

Tim was an amazing addition to our bachelorette weekend. I was able to work with him ahead of time to plan the menu, and he was easily able to navigate some of the dietary restrictions within our group. The entire process was fairly seamless.

Timothy was a wonderful chef. He came in and did our elopement dinner and we couldn’t recommend him more! The smoked salmon and cream cheese dish was to die for as was the salmon in a puff pastry. For dessert we had an amazing Creme brûlée. Timothy was so accommodating and thoughtful and as the bride I couldn’t be more happy to have one less thing to worry about knowing he was in the kitchen!

We had a dinner party for 12 people in the Music Loft in downtown Nashville. Chef Timothy customized are menu to include a seared ahi appetizer and potstickers. All the ingredients were fresh and beautifully prepared. We had every steak cooked to order from rare to well and everyone was pleased. This experience exceeded our expectations all because of chef Tim’s, enthusiasm and talent in the kitchen.

I’ve had a previous personal chef experience and it was amazing. My group was excited as they have never had a chef. The chef arrived really early, about 2:45/3 for our 6pm dinner time. The food was ready around 4:40 and we were no where ready to eat. He then came in every 15 minutes asking if we were ready. We told him we would like to eat at 6 but we could do 5:30 if need be.

We were expecting all homemade ingredients, but a lot was store bought, such as tortillas and chips. Which is fine, but we asked and expected homemade authentic. By the time we sat down, appetizers were great, salad was great but we felt rush to hurry and eat as he announced the dinner portion was ready and he’s bringing it out 5 minutes into it. When dinner was brought out, the steak was perfect, but the chicken was underdone. It was still pink in the middle. We were a little turned off at that point. We moved onto dessert and he mentioned the cake was dairy, egg, and over all pretty safe for anyone to eat. Which was great, but I had specifically asked that the cake not be and be as is with no substitute, as no one would have allergies for the cake.

Overall it was an ok experience. My group was pretty disappointed for how much we paid and not sure if we would do it again
