I was born and raised in the South Carolina Lowcountry to a family of farmers and chefs. I have over 15 years of professional cooking experience and have worked in several James Beard award winning restaurants in the Charleston area. My work has been featured in Charleston Mag, Eater, Eat This Charleston!, and the Food Network, where I was a contestant on Chopped’s 2014 Halloween special. My specialties include traditional French, Lowcountry, Cajun, and modern American cuisines. In my spare time I enjoy fishing, oystering, and working on my family’s farm. I believe farm to table is more than a culinary trend, it is a way of life.
