Chef Peter and his assistant Grace were such a delight. This was our first time using this Private Chef service and it was worth every penny. The food was some of the best Italian cuisine we have had. They make the entire experience a breeze, they even left our kitchen cleaner than when they started. Will be hiring Peter and Grace again!
Chef Peter is an extremely talented and highly motivated chef looking to make a memorable experience for you and your guests. Having worked in restaurants for almost a decade, as well as have two culinary focused degrees, Peter is ready to define his own style of cooking as a private chef.
Chef Peter has loved cooking since he was a child, and started his career in the restaurant industry at 16. He has a variety of experiences including line cook, sous chef, bartender, chef for the Jacksonville Jaguars, and eventually Restaurant Manager by the time he was 25. He attended one of the most prestigious culinary schools in the country, Johnson & Wales University, where he received degrees in Culinary Arts & Culinary Nutrition. He is excited to take all of his experiences and continue developing and refining his own style of cooking. Peter is noted for developing flavorful, bold dishes using a combination of traditional techniques and modern innovation fueled by attention to detail and highlighting natural elements of food.
