Chef Patrick is a true professional. He is a tremendous person and handled our large group with class and ease. The food was exceptional, every detail perfectly executed. Chef Patrick was easygoing, fun, personable, and a joy to have in the kitchen. He and I created a personalized menu that was an absolute showstopper from start to finish. I just had one of my bridesmaids text me last week saying that she dreams of the Caesar Salad that he prepared (with biscuit croutons!) All of my bridesmaids have gushed about how much fun they had, how incredible the food was, and how much better it was to have an elevated dining experience in the comfort of our VRBO. Excellent depth of flavor for the entrées, particularly for the Earth and Inlet and Cornish Hen options. Generous, well constructed salad. Elaborate cheesecake dessert with lots of flavors. Patrick was personable and showed his love for food as well as his southern hospitality – – he was gracious and kind with several little children who are watching him cook in the kitchen and asking lots of questions.

This was my first experience using a private chef service and I wasn’t sure what to expect. Chef Patrick far exceeded my expectations delivering a first class dining experience. We chose the Opulence menu and selected two entrees. Chef Patrick created a wonderful meal of sea bass and filet mignon. We had so many leftovers and the spicy ham was a very welcome addition to our morning omelets and Bloody Mary’s. To top it off, Chef Patrick seemed to have found the last carton of oak milk in Savannah and graciously donated it to us. Highly recommend Chef Patrick for all culinary needs.

Chef Patrick is a gentleman and an amazing chef. I had planned this evening for my son’s 19th Birthday while we were on vacation on Hilton Head. We spoke on the phone a few weeks before to modify the menu to include my son’s favorite food. We have done these types of chef dinners all over the world and chef Patrick’s dinner was one of the finest meals we have had the pleasure of eating. The duck bruschetta was so unique and full of so many different flavors. The Tuna tare tare was so fresh and the marinade perfect- with a swipe of wasabi and dots of hot sauce allowed each of us to add the perfect amount of spice. Oh and the homemade wonton chips – was the yummy base to pile the tuna on. Our steaks were made to perfection with an herb infused au jus. There was so much food! But we left enough room for our dessert – tiramisu! Which was a delicious creamy indulgent end to our meal. The thing that was enjoyable about the evening besides the delicious food was Chef Patrick himself. He has true talent in the kitchen and was a gentleman telling us about his journey to becoming the chef he is today. His dinner was a great experience- we only wished he lived closer to NY to have him cook for us again.

The meal was prepared on time, cooked correctly and was very savory, as well as steaks were cooked to the right temperature. We received the full personal Chef experience (5 stars). As we ate, he checked on us often, removed the dishes when we were done and cleaned the kitchen.(6-10 stars). We will definitely work with Patrick again!

We were married on June 15th and hired Chef Patrick White to cook dinner for us. He was very professional and friendly. The food was amazing and large portions. He had nice jazz music playing and really made our night special. We will definitely use him again. Everyone in our family was really impressed with the food.

Chef Patrick was superb! We were in town for my sisters bachelorette party. I had no idea the kitchen was so small in our air bnb but that did not stop Patrick from making an AMAZING meal from the ode to Emma’s menu. He was friendly and professional too. This was everyone’s favorite part of the weekend!

Wow! I am blown away by our experience with Chef Patrick White and Food Fire + Knives! This was my first time working with both and I am thoroughly impressed.

From the start, the ease at booking and selecting our menu was awesome. It was simple to ask all of my questions through Food Fire + Knives and then shortly after that, I spoke with Chef Patrick directly to personalize our experience. We were having a surprise birthday dinner in a vacation rental including several family members with dietary restrictions as well as four small kids. Naturally, I had a lot of questions for Chef Patrick and he was so patient and professional to plan the event with. I was able to customize our dinner and felt very taken care of.

Chef Patrick along with his partner, who happens to be his lovely wife, were very organized. They confirmed all details with me the day before our event and the day of, and the lines of communication were always open if I had questions. They arrived completely prepared with everything needed for our 5 course dining experience right down to plates and knives!

Chef Patrick and his wife are delightful and quickly became a part of the party. As the guests sipped cocktails and opened presents, Chef and his wife prepped food in the kitchen. The tone was set for a relaxed and beautiful evening right down to the jazz soundtrack they provided.

Now on to the food! OMG the food!! We selected dishes from the Ode to Emma’s menu and it was all perfection! Chef’s skills were on display and, to put it simply, it just all tasted really, really good. It was delicious, southern comfort food elevated to fine dining status. It was truly a 5-star experience, and we never had a to lift a finger. Everything was taken care of right down clean up.

I would highly recommend Chef Patrick White for your next private dinner party! We will absolutely be doing the same the next time we are down in Georgia!

First let me start by saying the food was the best food ever!!!! Chef Patrick was amazing. He called me prior to our dinners like weeks in advance and we talk about food allergies, the set up, location, the occasion, and everything about the dinner and how it will take place. He went above and beyond to make our night special. He had fresh flowers and candle light. Our location didn’t have a dinning room table or chairs, he even brought us a table and chairs with a tablecloth and chair coverings! It was beautiful. Now for the food he seated us and brought us every dish. He explained each dish to us and why the food was paired together and the flavor palates. The food was amazing and it was prepared right in the comfort of our home. Before and After the meal he cleaned and sanitized everything. I highly recommend Chef Patrick. Oh and did I say the food was amazing!!!! I think I did LOL! This was better than any crowded restaurant. You won’t be disappointed! Chef Patrick is very professional and polite. You will love it.

Coming as a group from NYC and Miami, we are well versed in top notch food and were blown away by Chef Patrick’s dishes. Beautiful flavor profiles were met with flawless execution on each and every dish. Portion sizes were generous, the meal was prepared and served seamlessly and he left the kitchen spotless. If you are looking for the best chef in Savannah, you can stop now; you’ve found him!

He had Chef Patrick join us for my husband’s birthday. The food and menu where just as advertised … wonderful. Fresh. Tasty. Chef Patrick was very professional and polite.

Our only issue was that it took a long time to prepare. We were suppose to eat at 7, didn’t have first course until 9:45. Worth the wait, but our guests were hungry. I would book him again, but would have him arrive 4+ hours early to prepare.
