I like to follow an all inclusive style of cooking, whether someone is looking for something elegant, light and healthy, vegetarian/vegan, exotic, or gluten free; the fun is in the variety and challenge for me. I have been cooking in the restaurant industry for over 20 years, and have experienced many cuisines and worked with and learned from some amazing chefs here in Houston. As for who I am as a person, I love plants and animals, believe in being respectful and kind and try to follow a no waste lifestyle. (Here is looking at you carrot tops, they make a great chimichurri!)
