A Philadelphia native, Michael started working in restaurants at the age of 14. A graduate of “The Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College” and “The Culinary Institute of America”, Michael has worked with a variety of different cuisines and restaurants throughout Philadelphia, Atlantic City and Charleston.

Cuisines: American, Asian Fusion, Breakfast/Brunch, French, Italian, Latin

I have used private chefs in the past and have always had good experiences. This experience was by far the best. Food was fantastic and chefs were extremely professional. Kitchen was spotless when they left !

Excellent doesn’t being to accurately describe our evening! The chefs were amazing, the food delicious and they professionalism with a side of fun was just what we needed. We would absolutely use them again, and will.
