A Philadelphia native, Michael started working in restaurants at the age of 14. A graduate of “The Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College” and “The Culinary Institute of America”, Michael has worked with a variety of different cuisines and restaurants throughout Philadelphia, Atlantic City and Charleston.

Incredible 60th birthday for my sister!

I cannot rave enough on our whole experience with Chef Michael and Chef Graham. All 5 courses were delicious. Michael’s presentation was beautiful. The portions were more than enough. He and Graham were very engaging. We had a party of 9 and will definitely request them again. Thank you for helping make my sisters birthday!

I have used private chefs in the past and have always had good experiences. This experience was by far the best. Food was fantastic and chefs were extremely professional. Kitchen was spotless when they left !
