Energetic, passionate, dedicated & talented are 4 words that most describe me as a Chef. I absolutely love what I do and take a lot of pride in what I do. I started taking Culinary classes at the age of 14 and haven’t stopped since getting my Culinary Arts degree.
Highlights of my career have been:
-Opening 2 restaurants
-Working at Western Carolina University specializing in banquets, doing numerous private banquets for the Chancellor
-Working at the Harrah’s Cherokee Casino & Resort for several years as the Executive Sous running a kitchen which cooked for a 250 seat restaurant, 3 bars, 2 bowling alleys & did private banquets and events all out of 1 kitchen.
-2nd Place for People’s Choice at WNC Battle of the Burger
-I am currently the Executive Chef of the Waynesville Inn Golf Resort where I have 2 restaurants and also do banquets for weddings, memorials, celebrations, golf tournaments & etc.
